About the Campaign

Why Now?

Building on Our Success

The new Middle School, opened in Fall 2019, was transformational for our campus. The new building allowed our oldest students to move out of their former home in Satellite 3, and gave them purposefully designed space to collaborate and “grow into”.

This, in turn, has given our Maternelle program space to expand enrollment by more than 30% over the past two years, enhancing our stability through the Lower School grades. Last year, French International had the highest enrollment in school history, with 566 students.

New Maternelle and Lower School buildings will provide the space to grow to three sections at each grade level and serve our increasingly diverse community.

Our new Maternelle and Lower School buildings will provide learning spaces that expand our staff’s capacity to deliver the unique French International education to all our current–and future–students.

Our transformed campus will be intentionally designed to support the specific requirements of our language immersion programs, our science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) curriculum, and the IB philosophy.

We love what French International School of Oregon has given our family, including an amazing and engaged community, the highest levels of education, student engagement, with committed and passionate teachers, so we are thrilled to donate to the exciting campus transformation.”
